At Party Paper Co, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below for both our physical items and digital templates.
Physical Items (Print-on-Demand)
As our physical items, including fabric backdrops, yard signs, and t-shirts, are printed and created on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage during shipping.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process a replacement at no additional charge.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or if your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue and send the correct product.
Please note: Since each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
Editable Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, editable templates (invitations, party decor, etc.) cannot be returned once purchased. All sales of digital templates are final.
