Refund policy

At Party Paper Co, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below for both our physical items and digital templates.

Physical Items (Print-on-Demand)

As our physical items, including fabric backdrops, yard signs, and t-shirts, are printed and created on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than defects or damage during shipping.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require a photo of the damaged product to process a replacement at no additional charge.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item or if your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue and send the correct product.

Please note: Since each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

 

Editable Templates

  • Due to the nature of digital products, editable templates (invitations, party decor, etc.) cannot be returned once purchased. All sales of digital templates are final.

  • If you encounter any issues with downloading or accessing your digital template, please reach out to us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
