1. Introduction
Welcome to Party Paper Co! By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide the following products:
-Editable Digital Templates for invitations and party decor.
-Physical Products including fabric backdrops, yard signs, and t-shirts.
All digital templates are delivered electronically, while physical items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
3. Use of Digital Templates
Editable Templates: Our digital invitation and decor templates are for personal, non-commercial use only. These products allow you to edit and customize the designs using third-party software (e.g., Corjl and Canva).
No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital templates unless otherwise agreed upon.
Design Responsibility: You are responsible for customizing the templates as needed. We will provide a template, but the editing and customization are up to you.
4. Ordering Process
Digital Products: To order editable templates, select the template you wish to purchase, then download the file upon completion of payment.
Physical Products: To order physical items (e.g., fabric backdrops, yard signs, t-shirts), place your order via our website, and we will process and ship the products to the address you provide.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes depending on your location.
6. Refund Policy
Digital Products: Since digital templates are immediately available upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products. However, if you encounter issues with your download or file, please contact us for assistance.
Physical Products: We offer a refund or exchange on physical items only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
7. Customization and Revisions
Digital Templates: If you purchase a customization service for your editable template, we offer a certain number of revisions (e.g., 2 rounds). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Physical Products: Customization for physical items (e.g., custom designs for t-shirts, yard signs, or backdrops) must be specified during the ordering process. Once the design is finalized and the item is in production, changes may not be possible.
8. Delivery
Digital Products: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link via email to download the digital template. Delivery is immediate upon confirmation.
Physical Products: All physical items are shipped within 7-14 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
9. Shipping and Handling
Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within the continental US. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
International Shipping: If applicable, we ship internationally. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply based on the destination country.
Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for assistance.
10. Copyright and Ownership
Digital Templates: All digital templates are the intellectual property of Party Paper Co. By purchasing a template, you are granted a license for personal use only. You may not use the template for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
Physical Products: Custom designs for physical products (e.g., t-shirts, yard signs, etc.) created by us remain our property. You are granted ownership of the physical item but may not resell or reproduce the design without our consent.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or harmful activities.
You may not use our digital templates or physical items for reselling, sublicensing, or other commercial uses unless authorized.
12. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Limitation of Liability
Party Paper Co will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from customer failure to follow guidelines or provide accurate information.
